Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Chula Vista Premier (CV Premier). By registering for our programs, using our application, or participating in our events, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership and Registration

All athletes must maintain an active membership with USA Water Polo to participate in practices, games, and tournaments. Registration fees must be paid in full prior to participation unless a payment plan has been explicitly approved by club administration.

2. Code of Conduct

Athletes, parents, and coaches are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship, respect, and integrity at all times. Bullying, harassment, or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or expulsion from the club without a refund.

3. Attendance and Participation

Consistent attendance is crucial for athlete development and team cohesion. Athletes are expected to arrive on time for practices and games. Excessive unexcused absences may impact an athlete's playing time in tournaments and games.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

All fees, including registration, tournament, and travel fees, are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise. In the event of a medical emergency or injury preventing participation, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the administration.

5. Media Release

By participating in CV Premier events, you grant permission for the club to use photographs and/or video of the athlete in promotional materials, social media, and the club's website. If you wish to opt-out, please contact the club administration in writing.

6. Liability Waiver

Water polo is a physical sport that carries inherent risks. By registering, parents/guardians acknowledge these risks and release Chula Vista Premier, its coaches, and staff from any liability for injuries sustained during club activities.
